4 Application Requirements
Competitive candidates should fulfill the following requirements:
- Obtained PhD degree within the last three years (Fresh/recent graduates are preferred);
- Undertake full-time work at AIR after commencing the program;
- Motivated and innovative in scientific research, ability and willingness to spot and tackle problems encountered.
Shortlisted candidates from the International Postdoctoral Exchange Fellowship Program (Talent-Introduction Program) will be automatically enrolled in "Shuimu Tsinghua Scholar Program" with recommendation from AIR.
